The Gaggia G10 evo is an on-demand professional grinder for baristas who want fresh grounds for every espresso. Its 64 mm flat burrs grind at 2 to 3 g per second, and the hopper holds 1.2 kg. Two modes are available: Dose On Demand, which pre-grinds the next dose, and Grind On Demand.
A 4.3-inch touchscreen shows the dose counter and maintenance alarms, and can be customised. The Dose Consistency System (DCS) is built in. Bluetooth links the grinder to the Espresso Link app for monitoring performance and maintenance. A top hatch gives access for cleaning, and a brush is supplied. It comes in white, black or copper.
