Shipping policy

QAVIA delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates. Orders may be delivered by QAVIA, approved courier partners, or special logistics arrangements for business orders and large equipment.

Delivery Time and Charges

  • Orders are processed after order confirmation and payment, or in accordance with approved payment terms for business customers.
  • In-stock orders are usually delivered within 2 to 7 business days within the UAE, unless otherwise stated on the product page or quotation.
  • Special-order items, imported products, commercial machines, and products requiring inspection or installation may require a longer lead time, which will be confirmed with the customer.
  • Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout or included in the quotation. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, heavy shipments, installation, or technical visits.
  • For international or imported items, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or import requirements may apply unless expressly included in writing.

Receiving and Installation

  • The customer must ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and authorized receiving person are correct and available.
  • For machines or equipment requiring installation, the site must be ready, including suitable power supply, space, ventilation, water, drainage, counter or base, and any technical requirements communicated in advance.
  • QAVIA may reschedule installation or apply an additional visit charge if the site is not ready when the technical team arrives.
  • Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon physical delivery or signed receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damage or Shortage on Delivery

  • Customers should inspect the order upon receipt where reasonably possible.
  • Any visible damage or shortage must be reported to QAVIA within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the product, packaging, and the order or invoice number.
  • This notice requirement does not affect the customer’s rights in relation to hidden defects that could not reasonably be identified at the time of delivery.
