Reverse-osmosis water system for combi steamers and baking ovens in professional kitchens
BRITA PROGUARD Gastronomy 200 is an electrically pumped reverse-osmosis system for professional kitchens. It treats the water that feeds combi steamers and baking ovens, including boiler ovens. The aim is simple: less limescale, fewer gypsum deposits and protection against corrosion. It suits all water types, including water that may be corrosive.
A carbon-block pre-filter holds back coarse particles before the water reaches the two reverse-osmosis membranes. An adjustable bypass then blends some pre-filtered water back in, so the mineral level can be set for each machine. The built-in display shows pressure, flow rate and conductivity, and the unit can be installed horizontally or vertically.
