High-capacity limescale filter for combi steamers and baking ovens
BRITA PURITY Steam is a high-capacity filter system for combi steamers and baking ovens. It reduces carbonate hardness, which limits limescale and helps protect the appliance. The bypass settings are adapted to various steamers and ovens, so the water can be matched to the equipment.
Filtration has three stages: a pre-filter with laminar water distribution, carbonate hardness reduction and fine filtration. IntelliBypass keeps the bypass share constant whatever the flow rate. Flow reaches up to 500 l/h at 1 bar pressure loss. Three sizes are available: 450, 600 and 1200. Capacity depends on the size and on your water.
