BRITA PURITY C Steam Water Filter
Limescale filter cartridge for combi steamers and baking ovens
BRITA PURITY C Steam is a filter cartridge for steam cooking and baking equipment, such as combi steamers and baking ovens. It reduces carbonate hardness, the cause of limescale, to help protect the appliance. A pre-filter, activated carbon and fine filtration are built into the same cartridge.
The bypass can be adjusted to suit direct-injection or boiler systems. Flow rate reaches up to 300 l/h at 1 bar pressure loss, and the cartridge is simple to exchange. Two sizes are available, C500 and C1100. Capacity depends on the size and on your water hardness.
