Higher-capacity limescale filter for coffee, espresso and vending in food service
BRITA PURITY Quell ST is a higher-capacity filter system for coffee, espresso and vending machines in catering and food service. It reduces carbonate hardness to limit limescale, which helps lower service and repair costs. All water, including bypass water, is filtered through activated carbon to protect taste and aroma.
Water flows through four stages: a pre-filter with laminar water distribution, carbonate hardness reduction, activated carbon and fine filtration. IntelliBypass keeps the bypass share constant whatever the flow rate. Three sizes are available: 450, 600 and 1200. Capacity depends on the size and your water. QAVIA can match it to your machines as part of a complete coffee solution.
