The Gaggia Ruby is a compact traditional espresso machine for small and medium venues. It comes in three sizes. Ruby is 310 mm wide, Ruby Pro is 430 mm, and the two-group Ruby Pro 2 is 570 mm. All three work from an internal water tank. Gaggia's data sheet also lists a direct-water-connection version of Ruby Pro and Ruby Pro 2, which QAVIA's team can specify with you.

Every group has two programmable doses and a continuous button. The boiler water level is controlled electronically, and the Espresso Priority System keeps coffee available while the boiler refills. A steam wand and hot-water outlet are fitted. Optional filter holders take capsules or ESE paper pods.
