The zeroHero WuMing is a variable-temperature electric gooseneck kettle for pour-over coffee. Up and down buttons set the temperature in 1°C steps, and an LED screen shows the reading in real time. It suits a home coffee station as well as a café brew bar.
The 1200 W element heats quickly, and a side button keeps water warm for one hour. The 90° gooseneck spout pours a steady, vertical stream. A STRIX controller adds dry-boil protection and automatic shut-off. The kettle remembers your last temperature and switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit with a long press. The body is SUS304 stainless steel.
