Melitta Bacio d'Oro Medium Roast is a whole bean espresso blend created in Italy. It is roasted on a traditional drum roaster in small batches for a soft, balanced and expressive cup. Melitta positions it for cafés, restaurants and hotels.
The blend was tuned on traditional espresso machines and on Melitta's fully automatic machines. Its profile can therefore be reproduced in daily service. Melitta publishes recommended settings for espresso and café crème. Intensity is 3 out of 5, with notes of caramel, nuts and dried fruits. Supplied in 1000 g bags.
