The Melitta Cafina XT7 is a fully automatic coffee machine built around milk foam variety. Its Melitta TopFoam milk system produces cold, warm and hot milk foam in different consistencies, from two types of milk. It is a good fit where milk drinks lead the menu.

Two heating circuits let the machine brew espresso and froth with steam at the same time. The Steam Control Plus lance froths milk automatically. ACS regulates grind, coffee quantity, piston pressure, brewing time and water temperature. Clean in Place cleans the machine automatically, and the 8.4-inch touch display keeps operation clear.
