The Melitta Cafina XT5 is a fully automatic coffee machine for small to medium demand. It grinds whole beans for each cup and adds fresh milk and topping options for a wider drinks menu. An 8.4-inch touch display guides staff or self-service guests through the choices.
The automatic milk system prepares hot milk foam from fresh milk, and a separate steam lance is there for frothing by hand. Clean in Place takes care of the brewing and milk systems automatically. The machine is telemetry-capable, with optional access to the Melitta INSIGHTS portal. It runs on a mains water connection or a water tank.
