The Gaggia GT 7 is a professional traditional espresso machine for the barista counter, built with 2 or 3 groups. The 2-group model is 770 mm wide and the 3-group model 940 mm. Steam comes from a 13 l boiler on the 2-group machine and an 18 l boiler on the 3-group.
Backlit buttons and a TFT display make up the controls, and the machine uses the Pulsor brewing group. The Cool Touch steam wand sits beside a side hot-water outlet. PowerSteam automatic frothing is available as an option. Standard clearance from coffee outlet to grid is 78 mm, with a Tall Cup option.
