Milky is a counter-top induction milk unit from Heylo, the milk-technology brand of VEA Group, supplied through the Carimali range. It heats and foams milk without steam and sits beside the espresso machine, so the barista can prepare milk for one drink while working on the next. It handles dairy and plant-based milk, hot or cold, and manages two types of milk at the same time.
Recipes are chosen on a 4.3-inch touch screen, with foamed milk up to 65 °C and more than 25 foam textures. A milk return system sends unused milk back to the cooler after each dispense, and the automatic cleaning cycle with detergent detection keeps hygiene simple. Milk is kept cold in a separate fridge; Carimali's Fridge-C DGT is the matching unit.
