The zeroHero Z4 is a manual grinder for specialty coffee drinkers who want fine control over grind size. Its 48 mm seven-core SUS420 stainless steel burrs cut first and then grind, a two-stage design aimed at fewer fines. It covers everything from espresso to French press.
Each click moves the burrs 0.015 mm, with 32 clicks per rotation shown in a numbered window. The zero point is set at the factory, so there is nothing to calibrate. Dual ball bearings and a 49 mm walnut handle keep turning light. The 670 g full-metal body holds 25 g of beans.
