zeroHero Sword Press Adjustable Tamper, 58 mm
Calibrated 58 mm tamper with pressure adjustable from 15 to 30 lbs
The zeroHero Sword Press is a calibrated espresso tamper that lets you choose your tamping force. Turn the handle to set anything between 15 and 30 lbs, with no tools needed. It suits baristas who switch between roast levels and grind sizes and want the same pressure every time.
A levelling plate rests on the portafilter rim and keeps the tamper upright, so the puck comes out flat. You feel a click when the set pressure is reached, then the tamper springs back. The 6 mm base is 304 stainless steel. A detachable silicone foot catches stray grounds and protects the worktop.
