A brass flow-control dripper lets you adjust the water flow precisely, and zeroHero suggests about one drop every 1.5 seconds. Add medium-fine grounds to the middle chamber and top them with a paper filter. Then fill the top chamber with ice and cold water. Extraction typically takes 4 to 8 hours.
