The Melitta Cafina XT180 is a jug filter coffee machine styled to match Melitta's XT series. Four versions combine a glass jug or a vacuum jug with manual filling or a fixed water connection. The vacuum-jug versions are supplied without a jug; the jug is ordered separately. A touch control panel with illuminated symbols makes brewing straightforward.

The AromaSelector adjusts coffee strength by changing the water flow and its contact time with the grounds. A jug detector pauses brewing when the jug is removed, and a drip stop closes the filter outlet. The filter body is dishwasher-safe, and a descaling programme supports regular care.
