The Melitta Cafina CT8plus is the top model of Melitta's CT series. It is a fully automatic coffee machine in a stainless steel design for high-volume sites. It can be configured with up to four grinders for four bean varieties. It also handles up to four types of milk or milk alternatives.
Two separate milk systems keep milk varieties fully apart. TopFoam Plus prepares cold or warm milk foam in several consistencies. Low Pressure Brew extracts coffee without pressure for a clear, filter-style cup. The 12.1-inch touch display suits staff service or self-service, and Clean in Place cleans the machine automatically.
