The Melitta Cafina CT8-F is a fully automatic filter coffee machine for high-volume service. It grinds whole beans and brews filter coffee in batches, rated at up to 500 cups an hour. Two bean hoppers of 1.6 kg each and two grinders mean two coffee types can be offered side by side.
A weekly planner sets brewing times and quantities and schedules cleaning, so coffee is ready on schedule. A warming holder keeps a coffee reserve, and the swivel arm outlet fills jugs directly. Up to 80 l of hot water for tea is available in parallel. Clean in Place cleans the machine automatically.
