The Carimali Optima Ultra is a high-output fully automatic machine for VIP lounges and premium self-service. Carimali rates it for an average of up to 400 drinks a day. Its 10-inch touch screen offers a one-touch menu that also includes foamed cold milk.
The grinders use flat steel burrs, and Carimali states they grind 8 g in 2 seconds. According to Carimali, a cappuccino takes under 30 seconds. Fresh milk comes from the CARImilk system. The M-Brew brewing group can be removed for cleaning and maintenance, and CARIcare telemetry is built in. The milk fridge shown beside the machine in one picture is a separate add-on.
