The Carimali Optima Soft is a high-output fully automatic machine for canteens, whether served by staff or used self-service. Carimali rates it for an average of up to 400 drinks a day. Drinks are selected with 8+2 buttons and a 4.3-inch TFT display.
The grinders use flat steel burrs, and Carimali states they grind 8 g in 2 seconds. According to Carimali, a cappuccino takes under 30 seconds. Fresh milk comes from the CARImilk system, supported by a 1.8 l steam boiler. Up to two bean hoppers of 1.3 kg each can be fitted.
