The Carimali Mya Ultra is a slim fully automatic bean-to-cup machine, just 290 mm wide, for convenience stores and quick-service restaurants. Carimali rates it for up to 400 drinks a day and positions it for speed at rush hours. Drinks are selected on a 10-inch HD touch screen.
A 4 l steam boiler with heat exchanger means no recovery time between drinks, according to Carimali. The high-speed grinder uses flat steel burrs and is fed by a 1.3 kg bean hopper. The nozzles adjust for cups from 90 to 195 mm, and CARIcare telemetry is built in.
